I just launched a website for RED Camera Texas, my production company that specializes in motion picture production and post-production using RED digital cinema cameras and related technologies.  The site includes a list of all my RED camera equipment for rent and a gallery featuring a couple recent productions that shot with my camera.  Check out the site here.

I’ve also started a blog on the site devoted to RED production and post-production issues, recent RED Camera Texas shoots, and announcements for upcoming events, such as RED workshops I’ll be holding in the Austin area.  Keep up-to-date by subscribing to the RED Camera Texas RSS feed.

From now on, the RED camera-related blog posts will go on redcameratexas.com, and this blog on fiegefilms.com will be devoted to my film and photography work, specifically, without all the technical stuff.

And finally, become of fan of RED Camera Texas on Facebook!

fiegefilms.com launch–join my email list

Friday, March 28th, 2008

Hello everyone,

Today I launched my new website, fiegefilms.com, which will now serve as the internet home for my film and photography work.

Sign up for my RSS feed or my email list in order to keep up with the latest news on Mississippi Chicken, the RED camera, my nascent non-profit organization, my current documentary about Haiti, and my upcoming narrative feature set in Austin, among many other topics. If you, like me, have never used RSS and want to learn more about it, click here.

I have a RED camera arriving next week. Learn more about the camera on my equipment page, and stay tuned for more information about my current projects that I’ll be shooting with the RED camera.

Thomas Bacon did an amazing job designing the site. Check out his other web design and photography work at his website.

Take a look at fiegefilms.com, and let me know what you think.

Stay in touch!
John
